Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # CI Operations IT Manager - **Company:** Tria Federal - **Location:** Reston, VA, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Business Analytics Applications, Configuration Management, Continuous Integration, Disaster Recovery, Revision Control Systems, Monitoring of Systems, Performance Tuning, Ansible, Git, Containerization, Gitlab-ci, Information Technology, Puppet, Software Version Control, Atlassian Bamboo, Docker, Jenkins - **Published:** August 25, 2026 - **Apply:** https://jobs.localjobnetwork.com/apply/add/88133512/1 ## About the Role * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in the Counterintelligence career field, including CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services, and/or mission support. * Experience identifying and managing functional IT requirements supporting CI mission operations. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline architectures, automation frameworks, and operational practices supporting mission-critical IT systems. * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, or comparable platforms. * Experience with configuration management and version control tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Git. * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience supporting system monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, performance management, patching, backup, and disaster recovery. * Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, DISA STIGs, and applicable Intelligence Community security standards, including ICD 503. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across CI mission, technical, development, security, and system administration teams. * Active TS/SCI clearance with completed CI Polygraph required prior to performance. * Ability to work100% onsite in Reston, VA. Additional Qualifications: * Credentialed CI Special Agent or law enforcement officer at the Federal or State level. * Graduate of a CI Special Agent training program or CI/HUMINT-certified course. * Previous experience supporting DIA, the Intelligence Community, or DoD CI/HUMINT missions. ## Description * Support DIA enterprise-level IT solutions enabling CI functional management, coordination, deconfliction, and performance assessment. * Engage CI stakeholders, mission partners, and vendors to identify and document functional management IT requirements. * Develop, publish, and manage Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), capability requirements, product backlogs, meeting documentation, and related IT/business-management products. * Support analytical tools, dashboards, catalog systems, coordination platforms, and other functional-management capabilities. * Develop proofs of concept and support evaluation of current and future CI functional-management capabilities. * Review applicable policies and directives and translate mission requirements into actionable technical requirements. * Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, configuration management, version control, and containerized environments supporting CI mission systems. * Coordinate system monitoring, incident response, performance tuning, patching, backup, and disaster-recovery activities. * Coordinate with CI professionals, developers, security personnel, and system administrators to maintain secure and reliable mission capabilities. * Provide operational metrics, status reporting, and post-implementation performance and production analysis to Government stakeholders. * Support continuity and reliable operation of mission-critical CI systems and capabilities.
