We value how you think, communicate, learn, and follow through more than the length of your résumé. What You'll Do * Build and maintain front-end features with React, Vue, Angular, or similar technologies. * Develop and test back-end services and RESTful APIs with Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies. * Write clean, readable, maintainable code. * Turn product requirements into practical technical solutions. * Debug issues, fix defects, and improve application reliability and performance. * Write and run automated tests. * Use Git and established development workflows. * Participate in standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and code reviews. * Communicate progress, blockers, and technical questions clearly. * Work with senior engineers, internal teams, and client stakeholders. * Take ownership of well-scoped tasks and deliver them reliably. * Learn new tools, frameworks, and codebases quickly. ## Related Videos - [How a Small Team Shrank a Microsoft Monorepo by 94%](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1236-how-a-small-team-shrank-a-microsoft-monorepo-by-94) - [Docker Compose: Rediscovered](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1978-docker-compose-rediscovered) - [Lessons learned from building a thriving Vue.js SaaS application](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1666-lessons-learned-from-building-a-thriving-vue-js-saas-application) - [Building the Right Product and Building It Right: A Glimpse into Extreme Programming, Atomic Design ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/398-building-the-right-product-and-building-it-right-a-glimpse-into-extreme-programming-atomic-design) - [Git for Code Reviews](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/429-git-for-code-reviews) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE – AI, Freelancing, Keeping Up with Tech and More](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1786-wearedevelopers-live-ai-freelancing-keeping-up-with-tech-and-more) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Why Attend a Developer Event in 2026?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/688-why-attend-a-developer-event-in-2026) - [Where to Find Entry-Level Software Engineering Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/397-where-to-find-entry-level-software-engineering-jobs)
