Basic Conflict Management Navigates disagreements or competing priorities related to ERP usage or process changes with professionalism and diplomacy., 1. Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) years of progressively responsible ERP systems, analytical, or related technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and progressively responsible experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. 2. Experience with business process documentation, system coordination, or end-user support across multiple departments. 3. Experience with or a strong working knowledge of: + ERP platforms. + LMS tools. + Business process documentation and cross-functional collaboration. + User support, vendor coordination, and ERP-related issue tracking. 4. Valid Driver's license., 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Experience working directly with ERP products, preferably Ellucian Anthology Student, Finance, HCM, and Analytics and/or Encoura Reach and Succeed,. 3. Experience coordinating cross-departmental ERP implementation or optimization efforts. 4. Experience working directly with LMS tools, preferably Blackboard. 5. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365. 6. Certifications related to ERP systems, business analysis, or enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Power Platform App Maker). 7. Higher educationexperience. ## Description The ERP Analyst supports the effective use and ongoing management of the college's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. Working under the direction of the Director of Enterprise and Data Systems and in close collaboration with Systems Analysts, the IT division, and departmental stakeholders, this position provides guidance and oversight regarding the functional operation, systems administrative support, and updated configuration of ERP modules including Student, Blackboard, Reach, Apply, Succeed, Finance, HCM, Student Analytics, Engage, Milestone, Occupational Insight, and Student Verification. In addition, this position will also help coordinate integration activities among ERP modules and other college third-party applications. Serving as the primary point of contact for ERP-related processes and vendor coordination, the ERP Analyst ensures the systems support institutional needs and promote efficient, compliant, and sustainable use of ERP capabilities. This role complements the technical responsibilities of Systems Analysts by focusing on day-to-day operations, process optimization, training coordination, and change management. Examples of Duties Standard Expectation: * ERP Coordination and Operations 1. Monitors and supports the daily functional use of ERP modules, ensuring alignment with institutional workflows and priorities. 2. Collaborates with Systems Analysts and other IT resources to coordinate testing of system updates, integrations, and module-specific configurations. 3. Tracks and documents ERP-related tasks, timelines, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability. * Vendor and Stakeholder Engagement 1. Serves as the primary liaison to ERP-related vendors for issue resolution, roadmap planning, and identifying/proposing feature updates. 2. Coordinates vendor-led meetings, product demonstrations, and implementation of new features or modules. 3. Facilitates communication between vendors, IT, and college departments to ensure shared understanding of ERP priorities. * Release and Configuration Management 1. Leads the planning, testing, and implementation of ERP releases and configuration changes. 2. Maintains a release calendar and coordinates testing efforts with Systems Analysts and departmental stakeholders. 3. Ensures that changes are documented and communicated clearly to affected users. * Training and User Support 1. Coordinates the development and dissemination of ERP training materials in collaboration with Systems Analysts and department SMEs. 2. Directs users to appropriate support resources and assists with onboarding inexperienced users to ERP related modules as needed. 3. Promotes consistent and effective use of ERP tools across departments. * Process Improvement and Change Management 1. Partners with departments to identify opportunities for process improvement using existing ERP functionality. 2. Assists in aligning business processes with ERP capabilities. 3. Supports change management efforts by facilitating communication, training, and adoption strategies. * Data Integrity and Reporting Support 1. Promotes consistent data entry and usage practices across ERP modules. 2. Assists with audits, data validation, and reporting needs. 3. Collaborates with IT and Institutional Effectiveness to support data governance initiatives. * Other Duties 1. Performs other duties as assigned., * While this position is entirely remote, the ERP Analyst is expected to participate in our annual commencement, bi-annual convocation and attend additional in-person meetings as necessary, as determined by their supervisor or dictated by the requirements of their job duties.
