We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Native JavaScript/TypeScript, Mobile App Architecture, REST APIs, State Management, Git. Native skills must have Android or IOS. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

## Description

Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using React Native JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs

 - Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications, integrate with backend APIs, optimize performance, and support application releases.
 - Must be able to write scalable high-performance code. - Develop and maintain REST Web Services to support seamless integration with various systems.
 - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
 - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
 - Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality.
 - Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
 - Support the deployment and maintenance of applications in a hybrid work environment.
