Required:

 * Minimum of 10 years experience
 * Experience working in a training environment or supporting one
 * Experience developing and maintaining Joomla-based websites and web applications.
 * Experience developing Web-Based Training (WBTs), online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.
 * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, and PDF technologies.
 * Experience using Dreamweaver, HTML, and CSS to develop and maintain web content and applications.
 * Experience developing multimedia and interactive content using Adobe Captivate and After Effects.

Desired:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, or a related field preferred.
 * Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant course development.
 * Experience with JavaScript or other modern web development frameworks.
 * Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements and usability best practices.
 * Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly training solutions.

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain websites, web applications, and e-learning solutions using Joomla, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
 * Develop and support Web-Based Training (WBTs), online learning courses, and interactive training content for mission and enterprise customers.
 * Create and integrate multimedia content using Adobe Captivate, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, and PDF technologies.
 * Customize and enhance Joomla-based sites to improve functionality, user experience, accessibility, and performance.
 * Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging digital learning products.
 * Troubleshoot, test, and maintain web and training applications to ensure reliability, usability, and compliance with customer standards.
 * Develop and maintain technical documentation, design standards, and best practices for web and e-learning solutions.
