## About the Role

* A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
 * Extensive experience with C++.
 * Proven experience working with high-load applications.
 * Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
 * Good understanding of networking concepts.
 * Knowledge of financial markets and low-latency/high-frequency systems and/or distributed systems.
 * Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows, such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.

Bonus Skills

 * Experience with Python and/or Kafka.
 * Experience working with networking protocols such as REST, WebSockets, and FIX.
 * Experience with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.

## Description

* Develop and maintain connections to cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers, as well as troubleshoot market data issues.
 * Develop and implement new features.
 * Collaborate with different teams to ensure the correct behaviour of algorithms and continuously improve trading systems.
 * Assist with identifying and resolving smaller bugs and technical issues.
