## Description

* Own and oversee the complete user journey across TOMO, ServiceNow, and dashboards.
 * Design cohesive, user-centric, and error-preventive (Poka-Yoke) experiences.
 * Focus on optimizing how users interact with TOMO and related applications.
 * Define and map JIT (Just-In-Time) conversational flows, chatbot interactions, and personality.
 * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
 * Establish UX standards, design guidelines, and usability best practices.
