## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * 5+ years of Construction Management experience.

 * Familiarity with Traffic Control operations on construction projects.
 * Strong knowledge of L&I and OSHA safety standards.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
 * Experience with financial processes, budgeting, payroll, and invoicing.
 * Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
 * Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
 * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
 * Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
 * Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
 * Pay will be dependent on experience

## Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing traffic control operations, managing crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and tracking project progress. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and crews simultaneously., Field Operations & Crew Management:

 * Manage traffic control operations with up to 40 crew members and 15 trucks.
 * Oversee daily in-field traffic control operations, ensuring smooth project execution.
 * Oversee scheduling and dispatching of crews (schedule built by dispatcher).
 * Ensure crews are prepared each morning, verifying PPE, certifications, and equipment before deployment.
 * Manage emergency/same-day call-outs and participate in a rotating on-call weekend schedule.

Project & Compliance Oversight:

 * Track and manage large-scale public and private projects to ensure compliance and efficiency.
 * Oversee field inspections conducted by the Field Supervisor, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
 * Work with the Operations Team to implement and uphold safety and training protocols.
 * Manage DOT vehicle compliance, GPS monitoring, and fuel card usage.

Financial & Administrative Management:

 * Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payroll.
 * Assist in preparing quotes, bids, and estimates for new projects.
 * Work with HR on hiring, training, and personnel management.

Equipment & Fleet Oversight:

 * Oversee equipment inventory, maintenance, reordering, and stock levels.
 * Manage vehicle fleet maintenance and servicing to ensure operational readiness.

Process Improvement & Company Growth:

 * Collaborate with the executive team to enhance processes, systems, and overall company growth.
