## About the Role

* Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Finance und mit langjähriger Erfahrung

## Description

* Durchführung von Auslastungs-, Budget- und Personalplanung
 * Sicherstellung von Datenkonsistenz, transparentem Reporting und kontinuierlicher Prozessverbesserung
 * Unterstützung des internen Finanzplanungsprozesses (Business Planung, Kostenschätzung)
 * Koordination und Überwachung des Angebots- und Preisprüfungsprozesses
 * Unterstützung bei Raumplanung und IT-sicherheitsrelevanten Tätigkeiten
 * Aufbau, Pflege und Erweiterung von Reportings
 * Moderation von Workshops und Begleitung von Improvement-Initiativen
