## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Versicherungswirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit IT-Bezug, Risikomanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, im Banken- oder Versicherungsumfeld oder im IT-Bereich
 * Erfahrung mit der Kommunikation mit externen Stakeholdern (Prüfern, Aufsichtsbehörde)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen an die IT in der Finanzbranche, einschließlich MaRisk, BAIT, VAIT und DORA, sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Risikobewertung und -kontrolle
 * Interesse an rechtlichen und regulatorischen Themen, sowie Spaß an der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen Prozessen und Vorgängen
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Flexibilität, sicheres Auftreten, sowie Offenheit für neue Aufgaben und Herausforderungen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
