Technical Toolkit: * HubSpot, NetSuite, n8n, and other CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, billing, enrichment, data, and reporting platforms. * Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data modelling, integration platforms, analytics, and reporting tools; SQL or data warehouse experience is a plus. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and similar collaboration and documentation platforms. Ways of Working: * Strategic and hands-on, with the ability to own the direction while also configuring systems and solving problems directly. * Structured, pragmatic, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. * A clear communicator and collaborative partner who can work independently as an individual contributor in an international, remote-first environment. * Fluency in English is required; German language skills are nice to have but not mandatory. #LI-Remote ## Description Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Technology and Innovation, you will be Spryker's primary owner and subject-matter expert for systems and automations. As an individual contributor, you will work across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Data, Security, and Technology to ensure our systems are reliable, connected, well governed, and fit for purpose.
