You will work with large and diverse content sets, transforming legacy wikis, PDFs, HTML, RST files, CMS exports, and other formats into clean, structured, reliable content. The role combines hands-on scripting and automation with direct customer engagement, requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills. You will build reusable tooling and processes that make every migration faster, more consistent, and easier to scale. You will also help define a new migration function from the ground up, turning individual projects into repeatable workflows and best practices. Working closely with Solutions Engineering, Account Management, and product teams, you will influence technical decisions and surface product opportunities based on real customer needs. This is a highly autonomous opportunity for a pragmatic technical professional who enjoys solving messy problems and creating systems that make complex work simpler.
