## About the Role

 * Tiefgreifende technische Expertise im Google Cloud Data Stack (BigQuery, Dataflow, Managed Airflow, Dataplex, Pub/Sub, Cloud DLP) oder vergleichbar fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen Datenplattformen auf AWS/Azure.
 * Nachweisbare Erfolge im Design und Betrieb skalierbarer Lakehouse-Architekturen unter konsequentem Einsatz von Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), modernen Data-Transformation-Frameworks (z.B. dbt Core) und CI/CD-Praktiken.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Integration hybrider Datenlandschaften und unterschiedlichster Quellsysteme, einschließlich SAP-Systemen (S/4HANA, CDC, ODP/CDS) sowie Streaming-Workloads mit hohem Datenvolumen.
 * Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Data-as-a-Product- und Self-Service-Konzepten unter Nutzung moderner Governance-Lösungen (z. B. Collibra) sowie bei der Implementierung robuster Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards (z. B. VPC Service Controls, Policy Tags, GoBD).
 * Ausgeprägtes architektonisches Urteilsvermögen zur Abwägung von Geschwindigkeit, Skalierbarkeit, Governance, Vendor-Lock-in und Total Cost of Ownership in echten Trade-offs.
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und dem Coaching von Data Engineers über alle Erfahrungsstufen hinweg sowie in der Etablierung klarer Qualitätsmaßstäbe (Code Reviews, RFCs, Architecture Decision Records).
 * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern aus Engineering, Security, Business und externen Partnern - Sie bewegen sich am selben Tag souverän zwischen C-Level-Präsentation und Code-Review mit Entwicklern.
 * Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutsch- bzw. Rumänischkenntnisse.
