 * bauen Hardware auf und ab, einschließlich der Ersteinrichtung und Konfiguration
 * installieren und entstören diverse Software sowie Betriebssysteme
 * betreuen die Anwender persönlich am Service Point
 * reparieren Desktops, Notebooks und Tablets im Rahmen der Garantiezeit
 * bearbeiten und dokumentieren Störungen mittels eines Ticketsystems
