## Description

* Konzeption und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Infrastrukturprojekte, hauptsächlich für Kunden aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung.
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-Serverumgebungen, u. a. Active Directory, Exchange, SQL).
 * Betrieb von Virtualisierungsumgebungen auf Basis von VMware und Citrix.
 * Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Prävention von Störungen in komplexen IT-Umgebungen.
 * Betreuung und Optimierung zentraler IT-Services sowohl in Kundenumgebungen als auch in der internen Infrastruktur.
 * Dokumentation, Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Prozesse.
