* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

## Description

* Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Microsoft 365-Umgebung (inkl. Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
 * Administration und Pflege der Active-Directory-Strukturen sowie des Windows-Server-Betriebs
 * Betreuung der Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur (VMware) sowie Sicherstellung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen (z. B. Veeam)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Migration und Neuausrichtung zentraler IT-Komponenten in Richtung Cloud-first-Strategie
