 * hast Erfahrung in Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Service-Request-Management sowie im agilen und Wasserfall-Projektmanagement.
 * überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern.
 * denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
 * hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

 * On-site, * Jira ITSM einrichtest und Projekte, Issue-Typen, Workflows und Servicekataloge an die Bedürfnisse unserer Shared Services anpasst.
 * ITSM-Prozesse (Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management) auf Basis von ITIL definierst, dokumentierst und optimierst.
 * einen klar strukturierten, leicht zugänglichen Service-Katalog aufbaust und pflegst.
 * Dashboards und Reports erstellst, die Prozess-Performance überwachst und Verbesserungspotenziale ableitest.
 * für die nahtlose Anbindung an angrenzende Systeme (CMDB/Assets, Monitoring- und Kommunikationstools) sorgst.
 * Anwender und Teams im Umgang mit der Plattform befähigst.
 * sicherstellst, dass alle ITSM-Aktivitäten den relevanten Richtlinien, Standards und Regularien entsprechen.
 * IT-Projekte planst, koordinierst und überwachst und dabei die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards sicherstellst.
 * eng mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Dienstleistern zusammenarbeitest.
