 * Strukturierung von Projekten, Arbeitspaketen, Abhängigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten

 * Steuerung von Scope, Prioritäten, Zeitplanung und Risiken

 * Entwicklung und Bewertung fachlicher Lösungsoptionen

 * Koordination von Finance, IT, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern

 * Steuerung der Fachexperten und Zusammenführung ihrer Ergebnisse

 * Erstellung von Fachkonzepten, Requirements und Entscheidungsvorlagen

 * Planung und Steuerung von Tests und Go-Lives

 * Risiko-, Eskalations- und Entscheidungsmanagement

 * Management- und Gremienkommunikation

 * Begleitung von Change-, Transition-, Outsourcing- und Transformationsvorhaben
