## Description

* Du begleitest den administrativen Einstieg neuer Mitgliedsunternehmen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start im Bitkom. * Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Mitglieds- und Unternehmensdaten aktuell und vollständig sind und schaffst damit die Grundlage für exzellentes Relationship Management. * Du koordinierst eingehende Mitgliederanfragen und sorgst dafür, dass diese schnell bei den richtigen Ansprechpartnern landen. * Du wirkst bei der Optimierung und Dokumentation interner Prozesse mit. * Du unterstützt bei Recherchen, Auswertungen und weiteren organisatorischen Aufgaben.
