## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-/PLM-Umfeld sowie eine hohe IT-Affinität, insbesondere im Umgang mit Windows Server, Skripting und idealerweise Windchill & Thingworx Configuration, Customization & Upgrade (API, Java, REST)
 * Build & Deployment Tools
 * Erste Erfahrungen in DevOps Tool Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket/Gitlab, Jenkins)
 * Erste Kenntnisse in Infrastructure & Network Architecture
 * Grundkenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen sind von Vorteil
 * Verständnis von IT-Support-Prozessen sowie Interesse an der Arbeit mit Applikationen und Tools im Engineering-Umfeld
 * Engagement, sich im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
 * Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten mit guten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
 * gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Du unterstützt das Team bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktdatenmanagement- und IoT-Plattformen in Form von Windchill und Thingworx. Deine Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem folgende Tätigkeitsbereiche:

 * End User Support der Applikationen
 * Upgrade von Windchill & Thingworx
 * Instanthaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Windchill & Thingworx Umgebung.
 * Windchill & Thingworx Configuration
 * Windchill & Thingworx Implementierung
 * Beratung des Kunden bei technischen Projekten
 * Umsetzung von Service-Verbesserungen.
