* Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von IT-Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Erste Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen (1st-Level-Support)
 * Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung bei Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Betreuung von Standardsoftware (z. B. MS Office, ERP-Systeme)
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Nutzeranleitungen
 * Freundliche und serviceorientierte Betreuung der Anwender
