* Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Support-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem
 * Erstdiagnose und Lösung typischer Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei Fragen zu Windows, MS Office, Netzwerken und gängigen Anwendungen
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an den Second-Level-Support
 * Dokumentation aller Supportfälle im Ticketsystem
