This role combines hands-on technical support with advanced systems administration and network management, along with participation in IT projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and enterprise-level IT support. This individual must be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations.
