This field-based role is focused on helping win business by proactively positioning Coalesse & Partners, and responding to the unique needs of clients and other influencers. The ideal candidate is a designer with product expertise who can bring a client's vision to life through on-demand and thoughtful concept design and application development. Working closely with the Ancillary Sales Representatives, this designer will play a key role in building relationships and affinity for our brand with architecture and design (A+D) partners, clients, and the dealer community. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that blends creativity, strategic thinking, and technical design skills to differentiate our solutions in the marketplace. The Coalesse & Partners brand is known for design leadership, craftsmanship, and ability to create inspiring, human-centered environments. As an Ancillary Applications Designer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse collection of products that elevate workplace experiences and support a wide range of client needs. What you will be doing: * Translate client vision and workplace insights into compelling ancillary product applications. * Collaborate with Ancillary Sales Representative to develop and present holistic, on-brand design solutions that support strategic sales efforts. * Lead or participate in design charrettes, showroom visits, and informal design sessions with clients, dealers, and A+D firms. * Create drawings, renderings, and specifications using tools such as CET Designer.
