What it takes: * Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. * 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Windows endpoint engineering, automation, or platform engineering roles. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document standards and enable others. * Ability to work across teams, influence standards, and drive automation-first engineering practices. * Strong planning, organization, and delivery discipline., * Minimum of eight years related work experience. * Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. Special Factors ## Description As our Workplace platforms continue to modernize and scale, we are looking for a Windows Endpoint Automation Engineer to strengthen how we deliver change across our Windows endpoint estate. This role focuses on building automation, standardizing endpoint engineering practices, and improving release validation and deployment quality across technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot. The ideal candidate brings strong Windows platform engineering experience, practical automation skills, and a passion for automation-first, reliable operations. Vanguard follows a hybrid scheduled which includes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays onsite.
