## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer (SC Cleared) with Microsoft Intune experience to support a large-scale Android tablet deployment and device management programme., As a successful EUC Support Engineer, you will have:

 * Active SC Clearance.
 * Experience supporting Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
 * Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device life cycle management.
 * Strong first-line support and troubleshooting skills.
 * Experience with asset management, inventory tracking and CMDB updates.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ITIL processes is desirable.

## Description

* Manage, configure and deploy Android tablets using Microsoft Intune.
 * Provide first-line support for device, application and connectivity issues.
 * Support device life cycle activities including provisioning, refreshes, replacements and decommissioning.
 * Prepare, test and issue devices to end users.
 * Maintain accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.
 * Support onboarding, floor-walking and rollout activities.
 * Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements.
