## Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sr. IT Developer to join a dynamic team supporting software engineering and operations initiatives in a remote environment. This role blends hands-on application development with infrastructure and deployment work, offering the opportunity to contribute to both the build and reliability of critical systems.
Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, code, test, and support software applications and system enhancements
 * Build and maintain solutions using Java Spring Boot and Python
 * Work with concurrency concepts, microservices, and test-driven development practices
 * Participate in planning, implementation design, documentation, and system flow reviews
 * Support ongoing application testing and production stability efforts
 * Maintain clear operational and technical documentation throughout the software lifecycle
 * Apply CI/CD practices to improve delivery quality and deployment consistency
 * Contribute to operations engineering tasks involving Linux, shell scripting, and deployment tooling
 * Work with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes to support infrastructure and deployment workflows
 * Collaborate across development and operations responsibilities in an approximately 50/50 split
