 * Equivalent combinations of education, technical training, certifications, and experience will be considered.
 * Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or application-specific certifications are a plus.

## Description

* Provide technical support for business applications and technology solutions.
 * Perform daily and weekly processing activities within supported applications.
 * Manage user security, permissions, and access rights.
 * Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests through the support ticketing system.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues ranging from simple to complex.
 * Maintain accurate ticket documentation, activity tracking, and reporting.
 * Follow issues through to resolution while providing timely updates to end users.
 * Recommend process improvements and support ongoing service enhancements.
 * Assist with system integrations and application support initiatives.
 * Collaborate with IT team members, business users, and stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
 * Support continuous improvement efforts and other duties as assigned.
