 * Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, * Strong Siemens Opcenter experience
 * Manufacturing process knowledge
 * Continuous improvement / Kaizen experience
 * Experience with digital manufacturing initiatives

## Description

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with experience supporting MES/MOM, SCADA, and manufacturing applications in a production environment., * Provide L2/L3 support for Siemens Opcenter and Ignition SCADA

 * Troubleshoot application, interface, database, and communication issues
 * Support manufacturing workflows, production execution, genealogy, and traceability
 * Configure workflows, master data, HMI screens, dashboards, alarms, and reports
 * Perform deployments, upgrades, testing, and production cutovers
 * Conduct RCA and improve application stability
 * Create SOPs and technical documentation
 * Collaborate with Manufacturing, Automation, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams
