## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the organization's Capacity Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that improve infrastructure capacity planning, utilization tracking, forecasting, performance analytics, and operational reporting. The role requires close collaboration with Capacity Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to ensure proactive management of IT resources and services., Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow to support Capacity Management processes.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Mapping, Performance Analytics, Discovery, and Reporting.
Develop capacity dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports for servers, storage, network, cloud, and application resources.
Integrate ServiceNow with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Nagios, Azure Monitor, and AWS CloudWatch.
Automate data collection, trend analysis, threshold alerts, and capacity planning workflows.
Support CMDB health initiatives and ensure accurate infrastructure asset and configuration data.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Scheduled Jobs.
Partner with Capacity Management teams to analyze utilization trends and recommend automation improvements.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities.
Create technical documentation, process flows, and knowledge articles.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide Level 3 support for ServiceNow-related incidents and enhancements.
