## About the Role

* Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
 * 12-15+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
 * Minimum 5 years leading enterprise AI consulting engagements.
 * Proven experience delivering AI programmes for large Telecommunications or Financial Services organisations.
 * Demonstrated experience managing large consulting teams and complex client engagements.
 * Experience presenting to executive leadership and Boards.
 * Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting business development and revenue growth.

## Description

This is a leadership role responsible for driving AI strategy, leading high-performing data science teams, developing executive relationships, and growing a market-leading AI consulting practice.

You will work closely with C-suite executives to identify high-value AI opportunities, shape enterprise AI roadmaps, and oversee the delivery of complex machine learning and Generative AI programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Data Science Leadership

 * Lead multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers and AI Architects.
 * Design and oversee enterprise-scale machine learning and Generative AI solutions from ideation through production.
 * Ensure adoption of best practices across:
 * Machine Learning
 * Deep Learning
 * LLMs
 * Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
 * AI Agents
 * Prompt Engineering
 * MLOps
 * Responsible AI
 * Model Governance
 * Guide architecture decisions across cloud AI platforms and modern AI ecosystems.
