## About the Role

* Experience in user support roles, focused on requirements gathering, system training, or business process improvement
 * Experience in training a user group with a range of capabilities or system administration
 * Experience in working with software development teams, software applications, or data management systems
 * Experience analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
 * Ability to work with external stakeholder groups, present to senior ranking officials confidently, integrate into a team, and capture opportunities for delivering support through future requirements development
 * Ability to support V&V efforts for software development teams
 * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
 * Ability to work flexible hours at times, supporting team members and client users across multiple time zones
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience providing construction services for the DoW
 * Experience in DoW or Air Force Civil Engineering
 * Knowledge of legacy Air Force civil engineering systems
 * Knowledge of Air Force civil engineering, Air Force construction processes, or DoW construction process
 * Knowledge of construction processes and requirements, preferably with DoW or Air Force
