Experience: * 5+ years of professional mainframe application development experience preferred. * Extensive hands-on experience developing and supporting COBOL and/or PL/I applications in enterprise mainframe environments. * Experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in on-call or production support processes. * Experience with SPUFI, QMF, and SAVRS is a plus. * Experience with SQL Server database analysis and troubleshooting is a plus. * Experience troubleshooting and supporting DB2 Connect is a plus. * Knowledge of mainframe security concepts, including ACF2, RACF, and user security administration, is a plus. * Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), change management, and production support processes is preferred. * Experience supporting infrastructure/environment migration testing and disaster recovery validation is preferred. * Experience with oil and gas commercial applications, including lease, contract, owner, division order, and accounting systems, is highly desirable. * Experience with application performance analysis and optimization is preferred. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred. * Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience may be considered.
