## About the Role

Introduction: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building cloud-native applications, microservices, and distributed systems. Additionally, experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Tanzu is highly desired. The successful candidate will be responsible for modernizing software development practices by leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot., * 10+ years of experience in software development

 * Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js
 * Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Tanzu
 * Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, microservices, and distributed systems
 * Knowledge of Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines
 * Ability to work in an agile environment, practicing TDD and pair programming
 * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
 * Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
 * Knowledge of software development frameworks such as Spring Framework
 * Understanding of cloud computing concepts
 * Ability to recruit and mentor junior team members

## Description

* Design and develop backend and frontend components for complex enterprise applications
 * Implement cloud-native architecture and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js
 * Utilize AI-assisted development tools to optimize software development processes
 * Collaborate with team members on agile projects, practicing TDD and pair programming
 * Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support application functionality
 * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub
