Ihre Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Unternehmens im Bereich IT/IT-Dienstleistung sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen sowie den Betrieb der bestehenden Kundeninfrastruktur.

 * Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen
 * Ausführung von Daily Tasks nach Kundenvorgaben
 * Kennzahlenermittlung
 * Unterstützung beim Softwaresupport
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 * Pflege und Aktualisierung bestehender Dokumente
 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung bei auftretenden Problemen
 * Durchführung von Schulungen zur Anwenderunterstützung, * Verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben
 * Flexible Arbeitszeiten
