 * Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung nach GPM/IPMA, V-Modell XT, PMI, PRINCE2, Agil, Scrum oder gleichwertige Zertifizierungen
 * Profundes Wissen in Bezug auf Rahmenbedingungen, Strukturen und Abläufe im behördlichen Umfeld
 * Kenntnisse über komplexe IT Infrastrukturen wünschenswert
 * Diplomatisches Kommunikationsvermögen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
 * Verantwortungsvolle, systematische, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Project Management bestehend aus (Senior) Projektmanagern
 * Planung, operative Durchführung und Steuerung von hochsicheren Infrastrukturprojekten im Rahmen der Zeit-, Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Qualitätsvorgaben nach klassischen und agilen Methoden
 * Planung und Steuerung von Projektressourcen, Arbeitspaketen, Meilensteinen und Überwachung des Projektkostenbudgets unter Berücksichtigung vorgegebener Regularien im Kontext von IT-Sicherheit
 * Ermittlung und Verfolgung von Projektrisiken sowie Konzeption und Durchführung entsprechender Maßnahmen
 * Projektdokumentation und Reporting des Projektstatus sowie Koordination von externen Projektpartnern und Auftraggebern, u.a. aus dem öffentlichen Sektor
 * Führen des Risikomanagements auf Projektebene
