## About the Role

* Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related technical field
 * 7+ years TPM experience; 3+ years in hardware, physical systems, or robotics programs
 * Enough technical depth to hold your own in a hardware design review
 * Track record of building PM structure from scratch in greenfield/ambiguous environments
 * Strong communicator - risk registers, status updates, decision memos
 * Full-time onsite in Boston, MA - no exceptions

Nice-to-Have

 * Background in physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced hardware R&D
 * Exposure to NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT hardware lifecycles
 * Agile adapted for hardware environments
 * Prior experience at a hyperscaler or frontier AI lab
