## Description

The Social Media Community / Influencer Specialist will execute social media strategies and be responsible for the ongoing management and growth of Michaels' social media presence and influencer marketing program. The individual is an accomplished communications professional who is deadline-oriented with a strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and proven related experience. This Team Member will work closely with Category Management, Media, Vendors, Digital/Social, and Store Operations teams to ensure timely program success.

Major Activities

 * Manage Influencer Marketing Content Campaigns, including relationship building, outreach, and partner management
 * Assist with building the strategy, scaling, and executing Brand Ambassador programs across key categories
 * Prepare and disseminate campaign briefs for social media content and campaigns
 * Track, measure, and report on Social Influencer Campaigns as well as Brand Ambassador KPIs and benchmarks, including interpreting data and providing recommendations
 * Stay up-to-date on social media trends and creative content formats, and identify rising topics of interest in the craft and art space.
 * Oversee Social Moderation for TikTok, including responding to DM, viral comments and overseeing Social Moderation agency
