## Description

Kforce has a client seeking an IT Support Specialist in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:

 * Set up and maintain customer records across various internal systems
 * Coordinate with Credit, Dispatch, Sales, Billing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve customer and operational issues
 * Research and troubleshoot discrepancies related to freight, haulers, customer setup, system mapping, billing, and data integrity
 * Monitor and resolve daily exceptions, holds, and system-related issues within the RCD platform
 * Support billing accuracy and month-end close activities by ensuring timely issue resolution
 * Perform data entry, reporting, and operational support tasks while maintaining high accuracy
 * Communicate effectively via phone, email, and instant messaging with cross-functional teams
