* 10+ years of overall IT experience.
 * 7+ years of experience in Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud.
 * 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion.
 * Hands-on experience with Customer Portals custom-built portal, Oracle Commerce, or Oracle iStore.
 * Strong understanding of customer portal processes, including:
 + Customer order placement
 + Sales order status tracking
 + Sales contract visibility
 + Customer collaboration during product development
 * Experience conducting customer/business workshops independently.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
