## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field -- equivalent professional experience is also considered
 * Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and optimization
 * Proficiency with GitLab and Jenkins for pipeline and workflow management
 * Solid programming skills in C, Python, and Bash
 * Experience with DevOps tooling spanning infrastructure management, project tracking, logging, and compliance security scanning
 * Familiarity with Jira and JAMA for project and requirements management
 * Strong Linux, QNX, or Unix-like operating system experience
 * Proven ability to architect and implement software systems and deployment workflows at scale
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a project-driven environment
 * Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven industry is strongly preferred, particularly medical devices

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Background supporting embedded software development teams
 * Experience mentoring junior or mid-level engineers in a DevOps or software engineering context
 * Familiarity with a broad range of languages and frameworks beyond the core stack
 * Track record of identifying process gaps and driving improvements through to implementation
 * Comfort with rapidly adopting new tools and technologies as project needs evolve
