## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Scoped / Custom Application Developer to build, implement and maintain scalable enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep platform expertise, strong engineering discipline, and the ability to troubleshoot across unfamiliar domains using broad ServiceNow knowledge.

 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing scoped and custom applications.
 * ServiceNow core platform development skills, including scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
 * Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and proven experience delivering successful ServiceNow implementations.
 * Strong knowledge and understanding of Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Workspace, Platform Analytics/Data Visualization, and Virtual Agent capabilities. Proven prior implementation experience preferred.
 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and supportable ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.
 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues across both familiar and unfamiliar areas of the ServiceNow platform.
 * Experience conducting code reviews and promoting development standards, maintainability, performance, and security.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
 * Demonstrates development integrity and responsible coding habits, minimizing technical debt and ensuring long-term solution sustainability.
 * Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI tools, GenAI coding assistants).
 * Working experience with Python/AWS.
 * BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
