* Experience supporting Windows desktops and enterprise IT environments.
 * Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
 * Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware and software.

 * Ability to follow procedures accurately in a compliance-driven environment., * SCCM/MECM workstation imaging and application packaging experience.
 * Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
 * Basic PowerShell and Group Policy knowledge.
 * Familiarity with system monitoring and patch management tools.

## Description

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows workstations, servers, applications, and peripherals.
 * Perform basic Windows system administration, including user accounts, permissions, software installation, and configuration.
 * Support Active Directory, user management, Group Policy, and access permissions.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and Windows OS issues.
 * Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and escalate issues when needed.
 * Manage incidents and service requests through IT ticketing systems.
 * Assist with SCCM/MECM imaging, software deployment, application packaging, and patching.
 * Follow established incident, change management, security, and compliance procedures.
 * Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket updates.
 * Provide professional customer service and explain technical issues clearly to end users.
