Experience: * 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying applications using Workday Extend. * 6+ years of overall Workday experience across HCM, Business Process Framework, Custom Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security Groups. * Experience developing integrations between Workday Extend, Workday Core HCM, Workday Payroll, and external payroll systems. * Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Touchless Payroll automation is preferred. * Experience supporting UAT, defect remediation, application performance optimization, and production support. * Experience working with Program Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and cross-functional technical teams. * Workday Extend Certification is preferred. * Workday Studio and/or Workday Integrations Certification is preferred. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field preferred. * Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience may be considered.
