## Description

Implement and support ongoing operations of ServiceNow platform to enhance IT Service Management processes and service reliability. Perform ITSM module implementation, CMDB design and governance, platform upgrades and Incident Management optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL best practices; improve incident resolution times; ensure CMDB data accuracy; maintain platform stability through regular upgrades and production support. Use C, C++, JavaScript, Java, ServiceNow Scripting, Maria DB, MySQL, ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, ITOM, SPM, Windows, Linux, Azure AD, OKTA, ServiceNow AI, ATF.
