## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
 * Experience creating test cases from requirements and executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
 * Experience coordinating testing efforts across development teams.
 * Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr).
 * Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
 * Experience supporting Agile software development.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or TestComplete.

 * Experience improving QA processes or supporting testing audits.
 * Experience with federal government or public health IT programs.
 * Familiarity with API testing (Postman, SoapUI) and CI/CD pipelines.

## Description

* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
 * Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
 * Coordinate testing activities with development teams to ensure adequate test coverage and adherence to QA standards.
 * Document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.
 * Maintain test artifacts and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
 * Identify opportunities to improve QA processes, documentation, and testing practices.
 * Support the implementation of test automation tools and develop automated regression tests where appropriate.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure requirements are testable.
 * Report testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends to project leadership.
