## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

 * This position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
 * Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
 * 2+ years of experience on space programs
 * 2+ years of experience with system software integration and test, * 2+ years of experience leading teams
 * Experience with satellite operations
 * Experience with agile development
 * Experience leading fast paced development efforts with government customers.
 * Experience integrating multiple complex systems into customer-constrained architectures
 * Solid understanding of staffing, cost, schedule, and RIO management
 * Experience with DevSecOps, industry standards, processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines
 * Ability to manage teams on multiple significant program efforts simultaneously

## Description

* Oversee and invest in a top talent multi-disciplined systems engineering team
 * Support modernization and automation of heritage mission integration and test processes and products
 * Drive alignment to the roadmap vision, while automating to reduce operational costs and increasing quality
 * Contribute to technical and cost baselines of proposals and bids for future architecture activities
 * Support architecture and technical trades for program decisions and future business
 * Manage resources, schedules, and staffing to execute concurrent programs
 * Cultivate a culture of respect, transparency, excellence, inspiration, and fun
