Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Power BI semantic models, row-level security, and performance optimization. * Exposure to enterprise data warehouse or cloud data platforms. * Experience working within a structured SDLC, using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar. * Familiarity with data governance concepts and the use of shared or certified datasets. Core Competencies * Technical Proficiency - Builds reliable BI solutions using standard tools, patterns, and practices. * Ownership - Takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of assigned work and follows through on commitments. * Customer Focus - Engages with stakeholders to understand needs, clarify requirements, and provide helpful support. * Communication - Explains data and reporting concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. * Continuous Improvement - Looks for opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve existing reports and processes ## Description The Business Intelligence Analyst I designs, builds, and supports reporting and analytics solutions of moderate complexity. This role works with business partners to clarify needs, develops Power BI reports and data models, and helps ensure that data used for decision-making is accurate, timely, and well-documented.
