 * Technical Toolkit: Strong, hands-on knowledge of Groovy, Scriptrunner, and Jira Automation.
 * Autonomy & Delivery: Ability to define and deliver work packages independently, applying modern software development and business analysis techniques.
 * Exceptional Communication: A track record of building trust across large, complex organizations, acting as the "go-to" partner for both technical and non-technical teams.
 * Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities, designing solutions, documenting processes, and gaining stakeholder sign-off with meticulous attention to detail.

"Nice To Have" Skills & Experience

 * Hands-on experience executing migrations from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud.
 * Competence with Java and/or Python.
 * Familiarity with popular Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., Structure, Draw.io, JXL, Mosaic, Exalate).
