You'll take ownership of complex analytical projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. What You'll Do * Lead complex data science workstreams, developing strategic insights that directly influence decision-making across Woolworths * Design and implement robust analytical frameworks and methodologies to solve challenging business problems using diverse datasets and advanced techniques * Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical coaching, feedback, and career development support * Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative analytical solutions * Own quality management for analytical outputs, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and business relevance across multiple projects * Present directly to stakeholders and participate in strategic workshops, communicating complex findings to key stakeholders and decision-makers * Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, consultants, and business stakeholders * Apply understanding of Generative AI applications to enhance analytical productivity and deliverable quality, staying current with emerging technologies * Champion continuous improvement of analytical processes, tools, and methodologies, Quantium's recruitment process involves the collection and use of personal information, see our Candidate Data Collection Notice for more information.
